Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other devices (training provided)
- Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, and basic hardware repairs
- Explain repair services and products to customers
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
