Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to restore floors to their best condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage janitorial responsibilities for commercial or residential spaces when required, including trash removal and restocking supplies.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory tracking of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards.
- Experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of house cleaning tools and products to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
