Gardeners:
Our gardeners are men and women who are trained to have the skills, techniques, and vision to nurture healthy gardens with the goal of long term beauty. They will help shape, protect and install plants, trees, and landscape features as part of a team that nurtures and values personal and professional growth, and client satisfaction.
Gardeners (aka: Garden Care Technicians) are part of a dynamic garden care team. GC Technicians should be reliable, have a ‘can-do attitude’ and a desire to help teammates succeed.
- Assist in planting, pruning and developing plants.
- Utilize orchard ladders, hand and power tools safely to complete gardening tasks.
- Help with irrigation installation and repair operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Hours:
· Part-time & Full-time
· 7am-5pm, Monday – Friday
We are mostly looking for Full time workers, but for someone already skilled and just wants to put in a few hours/day or 2-3 full days/week, there could be an opportunity. It depends on many variables, but mostly looking for full time workers.

· $18-$24/per hour

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license (preferred)
· Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons/weather
· Able to lift 50 lbs

High Hazard Job:
This position involves tasks that are classified as high hazard as defined in the PA Medical Marijuana Act. Additionally, federal law does not allow for the use of medical marijuana for CDL holders. The Company reserves the right to terminate employment based on a positive drug test.
