Overview:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor bag-making machinery and related production equipment.
Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and notify maintenance of major equipment concerns.
Load raw materials and remove finished product from production lines.
Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Assist with changeovers, machine cleanings, and preventative maintenance activities.
Support team members and supervisors with other production-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery and varying temperatures.
Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain production pace.
