Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with behavioral health needs? Compass Health is looking for a dedicated Clinician II – Mental Health Professional to join our PACT South team in Everett, WA.
Our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) offers innovative, community-based mental health care. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team serving individuals with complex needs—providing comprehensive, wraparound support in their homes and communities, not just in the office.
As a Clinician II, you’ll:
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management services.
Collaborate with a team including peers, nurses, vocational and substance use specialists, and psychiatric prescribers.
Help stabilize clients by meeting them multiple times per week, sometimes daily.
Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and long-term independence.
Provide clinical supervision to junior clinicians or interns (if qualified).
Be part of the 24/7 on-call pager rotation and respond to urgent needs.
Master’s degree (MA/MS/MSW) in a behavioral health field.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in human services.
Must qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC standards (preferred).
Commitment to or experience with evidence-based practices.
Valid WA State Driver’s License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
If unlicensed, must apply for Agency Affiliated Counselor status upon hire.
Completion of WA State Approved Supervisor Training (if providing supervision).
Adaptability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to support clients with complex, multi-system involvement.
Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a solution-focused, professional demeanor.
Proficiency in electronic health records and digital documentation.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
