What You Will Do:
As a Student Support Specialist I, you will be the "go-to" resource for our students, helping them navigate their academic journey. You will:
- Be the first point of contact, directing incoming and returning students toward the services they need to thrive.
- Help students plan their futures by assisting with class registration and schedule planning tailored to their goals.
- Facilitate the credit transfer process, ensuring students get the credit they deserve for their hard work.
- Actively participate in efforts to keep students engaged and on track to finish their programs.
