Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy (ASAP START)

Facility: Cherry County Hospital
Location: Valentine, NE
Department: Pharmacy

Contract Details

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days
Shift: 8-hour shifts
Hours: 40 hrs/week
On-call coverage required (as needed)
No regular nights or weekends unless on-call

Pay

$73 – $75 per hour
Weekly Pay: $2,920 – $3,000/week

Required Credentials

Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required
Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy required
PharmD preferred
Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Ability to verify medication orders and ensure medication safety
On-call availability required

Responsibilities

Verify and dispense medication orders
Monitor patient medication therapies
Ensure safe and effective drug utilization
Provide drug information to providers and staff
Review medication safety and interactions
Support clinical pharmacy operations
Participate in on-call pharmacy coverage when needed
