- A&P License + 5 years of Corporate Aviation Experience
- Preferred experience in King Air, Hawkers, Learjets, Gulfstreams, Challengers, and Citations.
- Strong knowledge of ATA codes, ability to navigate and train on all manuals (IE: MM, IPC, CMM, SPM, WM)
- Safely: Power up, run APU (if installed), run engines, and operate all systems.
- Avionic experience preferred!
- Able to service all systems.
- Have a working knowledge of all major systems of the aircraft and where the major components are located. Able to train on the location and operation of major systems.
- Able to navigate and follow FAA Part 145 Repair Station Manuals
- Able to obtain a work authorization and pertinent info required to accept an AOG, along with ability to work an AOG solo, assist working an AOG, or lead an AOG
- Can be sent out to work on high-level AOG call-outs (to include off-site maintenance, is capable of troubleshooting, knows to call Tech support if needed, proficient in navigating MM’s, understands when permission/ more time is needed and calls MC).
- Accomplish Troubleshooting on all aircraft we service.
- Accurately document maintenance performed.
- Able to create & audit log entries.
- Accurately bill time to correct WOs and discrepancies.
- Communicates with MC for updates on progress and needs, which includes more time needed to complete tasks.
- Conducts themself professionally and courteously in the presence of other employees and customers.
- Occasional nights and weekends.
