As a Sonic Drive‑In Manager, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant. You lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives the fast, friendly, fun Sonic experience they expect. You’ll manage operations, develop crew members, and drive results that keep the store thriving.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership — Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing crew
- Guest Experience — Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, accurate service
- Daily Operations — Oversee opening/closing, food safety, cleanliness, and equipment
- Inventory Management — Manage ordering, stock levels, and waste control
- Scheduling — Build efficient schedules that balance labor and service needs
- Financial Performance — Monitor sales, labor, and cost controls to hit targets
- Culture Building — Create a positive, energetic, team‑focused environment
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
