Who We're Looking For

What You'll Do — Merchandising / Marketing
- Product purchasing and order placement
- Sales planning and promotional strategy
- Sales performance and market analysis
- Negotiation with manufacturers and suppliers
- Selection and onboarding of new products
- Inventory management
- Sales support and cross-team coordination
Requirements
- Japanese language proficiency required (business-level, both written and spoken) — essential for daily communication with Japan-based manufacturers
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Prior experience in cosmetics, personal care, daily goods, retail, or wholesale is highly preferred
- Interest in merchandising, buying, or marketing
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Team-oriented mindset
