Old Toccoa Farm Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain our resort facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and commercial kitchen equipment.
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Perform general building and facility maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues

Maintain commercial kitchen equipment

Complete preventative maintenance tasks
-
Perform seasonal winterization and de-winterization
-
Operate equipment including tractors and skid steers
-
Assist with light construction, painting, drywall, and carpentry projects
-
Coordinate with outside vendors when needed
-
Maintain maintenance records and work orders
-
Support property improvement projects across the resort
-
3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
-
Experience with commercial kitchen equipment strongly preferred

Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building systems

Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and operate equipment
