The Role
We're looking for an experienced Server to join our front-of-house team. Bartending experience is a big plus, and you'll have the opportunity to support the bar when needed. Above all, you'll be the face of our restaurant, guiding guests through our menu and ensuring every table leaves happy.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive table service
- Guide guests through the menu including food, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Jump behind the bar to support bartending duties during busy shifts or as needed
- Accurately take and enter orders using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar area
- Collaborate with kitchen and BOH staff for smooth service flow
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service (RBS) guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience required
- Bartending experience is a big plus but not required
- Familiarity with cocktail preparation, wine/beer service, and responsible alcohol service
- ServSafe certification required
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset
- Availability on nights and weekends
