Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits throughout the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform detailed quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems that support consistent product quality and operational excellence.
- Collect and analyze data related to defect rates, process deviations, and inspection results to identify trends and root causes.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively, promoting a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions for continuous tracking and reporting purposes.
- Support ongoing training initiatives to enhance team awareness of QA/QC procedures and foster a culture of quality consciousness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality audits, quality control, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, systems, and standards such as ISO or GMP is preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and develop actionable insights.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools used in manufacturing settings.
- Ability to perform detailed data collection, documentation, and reporting with precision.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey complex information clearly.
