Our Vermillion clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive Clinic Coordinator to be the administrative heartbeat of our operations. Job Summary:
As our Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. This position requires strong administrative expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and solve problems efficiently. You’ll manage schedules, maintain accurate records, coordinate onboarding and training, and help our staff succeed—ensuring families have a seamless experience and our team can focus on providing life-changing therapy. Some Saturdays may be required to support clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client and staff schedules, optimizing workflow and efficiency
- Maintain accurate electronic client records and support timely documentation
- Handle client intake from initial inquiry through assessment
- Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development
- Manage clinic supplies and support budgetary compliance
- Ensure clinic operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and the clinical team
- Support outreach and marketing initiatives to help the clinic grow
- Track staff training, evaluations, and task completion using CentralReach
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities to foster a positive, organized work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in behavioral health or administrative coordination
- Experience in ABA therapy settings preferred; RBT certification a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling, organization, and process management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- CPR certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Crisis management training (within 90 days of hire)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Push/pull up to 50 lbs
