Compensation & Benefits
- $57+/hour base, plus commission on production
- $2/hour bonus on any day the team hits its daily goal — and we hit it frequently
- Additional Night Guard/Vivera and ortho-start bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
An energetic, patient-focused dental hygienist who is passionate about their work and loves making people smile.
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (Colorado RDH license required)
- Confident diagnosing and comfortable discussing treatment with patients
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume office with multiple providers
- A true team player — our hygiene department works closely together
