Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Lead to efficiently undertake a variety of HVAC tasks ranging from repairing furnaces to installing air conditioners and providing first level support to our growing HVAC team. A successful HVAC Lead must have a thorough knowledge of venting, troubleshooting furnaces and air conditioners, gas lines, and more. Said candidate should be able to work with the team to provide expectations, coaching, feedback and provide training, when needed. The ideal candidate should be a patient individual with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail.

Skills
-
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Tech with at least 3-5 years previous experience in residential service .

Solid understanding of furnaces, water heaters, heat pumps, air conditioners, gas piping, etc.

Ability and understanding of how to handle HVAC tools.

Good communication, interpersonal skills and patience

Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces

Clean driving record

Responsibilities
-
Perform residential and commercial HVAC service calls.
-
Provide accurate and timely estimates.
-
Mentor technicians with technical HVAC and/or process questions. Lead HVAC Service Technician may take his assigned vehicle home.

Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, vendors and other employees.

Possesses and practices the proper HVAC knowledge and safety skills to perform and complete all job tasks.
