Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional client support and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding service. This position will also involve management of marketing campaigns such as consistent email promotions and social media posts across multiple platforms.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat platforms with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide comprehensive customer support, addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management
- Coordinate marketing programs with sales team and online platforms (ebay, whatnot)
- Create and manage quality ad campaigns via email and on social media
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction
- Aid in basic busywork tasks around the office when needed
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services effectively
- Proficiency in general phone/computer skills - high typing and texting proficiency
- Experience in customer service or client support rolls is advantageous
- Analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships, while also maintaining a beneficial relationship with our team.
- Experience with social media and graphic design for marketing purposes
- Interest in the products we carry and sell (rare coins and paper money, precious metals, antiquities etc) is a huge plus. Training and education accommodations are available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
