Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver personalized occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, in an outpatient settings. Your expertise will help clients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based interventions. Duties
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments to evaluate clients’ functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and medical condition
- Coordinate discharge planning and provide education to clients and their families
- Document patient progress accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintain detailed clinical documentation. We give therapists a week to do notes.
- Support clients with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder through specialized interventions and support strategies
Requirements
- Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop treatment plans and adapt interventions for diverse populations.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction, family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is a plus

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
