Lilac Landscaping is looking for reliable, independent lawn care subcontractors to take on tightly clustered, recurring weekly residential routes in the **Monsey and Rockland County area**. If you already have your own truck, trailer, and commercial mowing equipment, we will hand you steady, guaranteed weekly routes. **We handle 100% of the marketing, scheduling, billing, and customer headaches**—you just show up, cut, and get paid.
### Responsibilities
* Perform weekly residential lawn maintenance (mowing, string trimming/edging, and blowing off hard surfaces).
* Maintain high-quality work and reliable, consistent weekly attendance.
* Provide your own reliable truck, trailer, and commercial-grade lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
### Requirements
* Must own your own truck, trailer, and commercial lawn care gear.
* Proven experience in professional lawn maintenance.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to complete routes consistently each week.
### Pay & Benefits
* **Job Type:** Contract / 1099 (Independent Contractor)
* **Pay:** Flat rate of **$35.00 – $45.00 per standard yard** depending on property size.
