Sales Representative

Position Overview
A well-established equipment solutions provider serving the Inland Empire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a commission-based environment, demonstrates strong initiative in business development, and is comfortable engaging in proactive outreach, including cold calling and in-person prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking activities
Promote and sell equipment, parts, and related services to prospective and existing customers
Build and maintain long-term relationships within agricultural, construction, and related industries
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and service offerings available through the company website
Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred; experience in equipment, construction, agriculture, or related industries is highly desirable (2+ Years)
Ability to quickly learn and effectively sell a range of technical products and services
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and secure new business through proactive outreach
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
Compensation
Commission: 20% of gross profit on sales
Base Pay Options (Flexible) $55,000 - $75,000:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, or
Lower starting hourly rate combined with commission incentives
