Property management company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain single-family and multi-family properties throughout the Wiregrass area. Applicant must have experience in basic property maintenance tasks including painting, sheetrock repair, minor plumbing, electrical repairs and unit turns. Completion of an HVAC certificate program and a Universal EPA card are considered a plus.

- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Stable job history, good driving record and references will be required.
