At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Coordinator to work with a leading staffing solutions company in Somerset County. This role serves as the primary liaison between associates and the client's operations team, managing all aspects of day-to-day staffing to ensure a safe, productive work environment and high operational efficiency.
Shift Patterns
- 6pm to 3am - Tuesday to Saturday
- On-call support for urgent coverage needs as required
Pay Rates
Must-have Requirements for On-Site Coordinator
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination, recruitment, or a similar operational support role within a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulations, break requirements, and compliance postings.
- Maintain eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Desirable Requirements for On-Site Coordinator
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to achieve a minimum fill rate of 95% across assigned shifts and departments.
- Manage weekly roster creation, timekeeping audits, and payroll submission processes accurately and by deadline using designated applications.
- Track and report key performance indicators including fill rate, no-call/no-shows, attrition, overtime coverage, safety, and quality.
- Coordinate associate onboarding, including I-9/E-Verify completion, site-specific training, and necessary certifications.
- Maintain a cordial, respectful, and professional demeanor when interacting with associates and client personnel.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities to address staffing challenges, associate concerns, and operational issues promptly.
- Uphold a strong floor presence, actively coaching associates on attendance and performance expectations while documenting interactions.
