We’re hiring a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You’ll work hands‑on in a safety‑focused facility producing high‑precision steel tolerance rings. Join a skilled team where attention to detail directly shows up in the quality of what ships out the door.
Who You Are
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, working in the bearing industry strongly preferred
- Previous experience with steel forming, stamping, or tolerance ring production a plus
- Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Experience using measurement tools for precision such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Comfortable reading basic engineering drawings and translating them into correct machine setup and operation
- Patient and detail-oriented, with a genuine willingness to learn the craft rather than rush the process
- Reliable team player
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate production machinery to make precision tolerance rings
- Load raw materials and monitor machines during production runs
- Perform in‐process quality checks using measuring tools
- Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to craft tolerance rings in accordance with request
- Identify defects and rework parts as needed
- Record production and inspection information
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
