Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and nail extensions with precision and care
- Perform advanced nail treatments such as nail art, color theory application, and custom designs to meet client preferences
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper equipment sterilization
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and ensure a satisfying experience
- Educate clients on nail care routines and product usage to promote healthy nails and ongoing maintenance
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Stay current with industry trends such as gel manicures, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, laser treatments, hair threading, and barbering techniques
Skills
- Proficiency in applying various nail enhancements including acrylics, gel nails, and nail extensions
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on nail care services
- Ability to perform comprehensive treatments such as pedicures, manicure basics
- Knowledge of salon safety protocols along with excellent communication skills for client consultations
