The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to own and scale our revenue engine. Reporting directly to the CRO, you’ll assist in building the strategy, and personally drive the relationships that close strategic, high-value deals with contact center and BPO operators.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a scale-up environment. We’re looking for a proven sales executive who understands the contact center world; the buyers, their KPIs, their budgets, and the way these deals get closed successfully across multi-divisional stakeholders including C-level, operations,, IT, and finance. You’ll wear both the strategist and the closer hats, and you’ll have the autonomy to build the go-to-market motion that takes us to the next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver new-business and expansion revenue targets, with full accountability for pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment.
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team as we grow;setting the standard for process, rigor, and execution.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for selling into contact centers and BPOs, including segmentation, territory planning, and pricing.
- Personally lead strategic and enterprise deals, building executive relationships with contact center leaders.
- Establish a repeatable, metrics-driven sales process with disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to sharpen positioning, drive POC-to-close conversion, and fuel retention and expansion.
- Translate the value of our Virtual Floor platform that drives productivity, engagement, security, and compliance in to outcomes that resonate with contact center economics.
- Bring market intelligence back to leadership: competitive dynamics, buyer needs, and emerging trends in remote and hybrid contact center operations.
- Represent CollaborationRoom.ai at industry events and with key accounts.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of sales experience selling into contact centers — CCaaS, workforce management/optimization, agent engagement, QA/analytics, BPO services, or adjacent contact center technology.
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, in both quota-carrying and sales leadership capacities.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with contact center and BPO buyers.
- Experience building, scaling, and developing sales teams ;ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Deep understanding of the contact center buyer: their priorities, pain points, KPIs, and decision-making process, including the realities of remote and hybrid operations.
- Strong command of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) and proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable thriving in a remote-first, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.

Pay: $111,676.72 - $150,000.00 per year
