Position Summary:
The Operations Support Associate plays a critical dual role position supporting both warehouse operations and administrative office functions. This individual ensures smooth day-to-day workflow by assisting with inventory control, shipment coordination, documentation, data entry, and cross-department communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in both a warehouse and office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Support

Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments.

Support inventory management, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.

Coordinate outbound shipments and delivery documentation.

Prepare pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping labels.

Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts – if certified).

Communicate inventory discrepancies to leadership.
Administrative & Office Support

Perform data entry for inventory, orders, and operational reports.

Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.

Support scheduling of deliveries and vendor appointments.

Assist with customer documentation, proof of delivery, and invoicing support.

Prepare reports related to inventory accuracy, shipment tracking, and operational KPIs.

Provide general administrative support to Operations and Warehouse leadership.

Answer and route internal and external communications.
Requirements:
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative support roles.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
