- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for managers.
- Prepare and organize reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Manage correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
- Track project deadlines and assist in project management tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and training initiatives.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide input on process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
