Taylor’d to Learning Academy is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate Lead Toddler Teacher who’s ready to bring love, laughter, and learning to our little ones every single day.
Position Perks:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a classroom of toddlers with love, patience, and structure
- Creating exciting, hands-on activities that support development and exploration
- Teaching routines, social-emotional skills, language, and early learning concepts
- Building strong, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Managing transitions, diapering, and supervision with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who LOVES toddlers and understands their unique needs and personalities
- High energy, positive attitude, and creative spirit
- Experience working in toddler classrooms is preferred
- DCF 45 Hours completed (or willing to complete)
- CDA or working toward it is a major plus!
- Ability to manage a classroom while keeping the environment calm, safe, and fun
