About Civil Physical Therapy
Civil Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient clinic located in North Atlanta area in Sandy Springs, GA, dedicated to delivering individualized, one‑on‑one physical therapy care. Each session is tailored to the patient’s specific goals, empowering them to recover, move better, and return to the things they love. Our model allows for deeper patient engagement, high clinical standards, and a strong therapeutic alliance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one‑on‑one outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and wellness clients across all age groups
- Conduct evaluations, establish goal-driven treatment plans, and adjust based on patient response
- Provide education on movement strategies, injury and re-injury mitigation strategies, and exercise progressions
- Maintain professional, timely documentation and manage compliance
- Collaborate closely with the clinic owner/director to ensure clinical consistency
- Contribute to occasional public-facing education efforts, such as social media content, newsletters, or website updates that help educate the community about what we do
- Participate in internal meetings and ongoing professional development as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- DPT (or equivalent) and a current Georgia PT license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) are encouraged to apply
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics, movement science, and patient education
- Willingness to learn and be part of something meaningful
What We Offer

- $38–$48/hour, depending on experience, clinical fit, and role type (PRN, part-time, or full-time).
