Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution
· Perform drywall repairs and touch-ups in new and existing homes
· Match and blend various textures to existing finishes
· Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Planning & Coordination
· Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods
· Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and team members
· Maintain tools and materials needed for each job
Customer Interaction & Communication
· Communicate professionally with homeowners and contractors
· Represent the company with a high level of customer service
· Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
Quality Control & Safety
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
· Ensure repairs meet company and industry standards
· Identify and resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
· Experience in drywall finishing preferred (taping and texture matching is a plus)
· Willing to train the right individual
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

· Repairs are completed efficiently and blend seamlessly with existing finishes
· Homeowners and contractors receive professional, reliable service
· Work is completed with minimal callbacks or rework
· Daily tasks are managed independently and effectively
