What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the dealership—welcoming customers, building trust, and helping them find the vehicle that best fits their needs. This is more than just sales; it’s about connection, service, and making car buying enjoyable again.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously on the lot and in the showroom.
- Listen to customer needs and present suitable vehicle options.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, trade-ins, and financing.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships through calls, emails, and texts.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on the VW lineup and competitive brands.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals with integrity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous car dealership sales consultant experience greatly preferred.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and mobile technology.
- A genuine passion for helping people and working as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
