Experienced line/prep cook who can work and lead in a fast paced team environment. Ideal person has a few years of line experience in a kitchen that cooks from scratch, strong prep skills, can take and give direction and loves cooking and creating great food for others. Must work cleanly, be on time. This is a small independent restaurant where everyone must work collaboratively. Must be available for weekend brunch shifts and weekday lunch shifts. Dinner shifts also a possiblility.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
