Public Outreach is hiring Community Outreach Representatives to engage with the public on behalf of leading nonprofit organizations.
This is active, face-to-face work across Boston in street and residential environments.
No experience required. We provide paid training.
What You’ll Do
- Have conversations with members of the public
- Represent nonprofit campaigns professionally
- Encourage monthly support through dialogue
- Work outdoors in teams across Boston
- Stay active and engaged throughout the day
Who This Role Is Great For
People with experience in:
customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, serving, bartending, sales, brand ambassador work, or other public-facing roles
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliability and consistency (4 shifts/week minimum)
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
