Job Responsibilities
- Recommend moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment to all customers based on cost, availability or customer specifications
- Input information into scheduling software for accurate estimating
- Obtain customer feedback through regular follow-up calls, both during and after moves
- Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and web leads
- Complete paperwork and payment collection
- Communicate professionally in English
Job Requirements
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, previous sales experience highly preferred!
- Friendly, positive voice, enjoys talking with others and assisting with their needs
- HS diploma or equivalent
Job Pay
- Ranges from $14.00/hour - $17.00/hour
- Will be able to earn commission from every move booked!
