Compensation Details
We believe in providing a competitive hourly wage ($18-$20 hour) alongside significant potential earnings through commission, which is based on a mixture of quantitative and qualitative metrics. Our current design can reward you up to $25,000 annually if successful in each category! If you’re planning to meet and exceed our expectations, you’re in luck! Our commission bonuses are uncapped and feature regular bonus contests and additional earning opportunities. Your team will work with you to develop good sales practices and create a recipe for success, so don’t feel daunted by the prospect of adapting to a new system — we’re here for you!
What We’re on the Lookout For
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of work experience OR the successful completion of an associate’s degree
- Openness to working weekends, holidays, evenings, and other peak sales periods
It would be a plus if you have experience in commission-based sales environments, customer service roles, and solution sales or have education in business, technology, or related fields!

Where You’ll Be Working
This position is on-site and in-person at the above specified location.
When You’ll Be Working
Our business hours are typically 10-6 Monday-Saturday and 11-4 Sunday! We aim for as close to 40 hours a week as we can get, though this may vary slightly week to week. We make sure to be in constant communication and retain flexibility about scheduling however!
