Duties
- Lead and supervise landscaping crews on various construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Oversee lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep to maintain pristine outdoor environments
- Coordinate hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and attention to detail
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently; manage company vehicle use for project transportation
- Supervise crew activities such as gardening, tree care, ground preparation, and equipment operation to meet project deadlines
Experience
- Extensive outdoor work experience including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and grounds upkeep
- Demonstrated knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant identification skills
- Hands-on experience with irrigation management systems and hardscape installation processes
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; experience with grounds maintenance tools is essential
- Leadership skills to motivate teams, manage crew schedules, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
