Assure Home Therapy is a therapist owned leading provider of skilled rehabilitation therapy services in Southern California. We are seeking honest, caring and self-motivated therapists to treat patients in the home health setting.
Positions are available in all areas of Los Angeles County, including San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley, Glendale/Pasadena, Santa Monica, West L.A./Beverly Hills, Culver City, East LA, South LA, Inglewood, Torrance, South Bay and all vicinity areas.
This is an Independent Contractor position allowing the greatest autonomy of practice possible!
- Competitive pay- $65-75/visit based on experience

Position Requirements:
-Graduate of a therapy program with evidence of current licensure in the state of California.
-Valid California driver's license, with available and dependable transportation and proof of current automobile liability insurance.
-Ability to meet minimum agency hiring standards which include evidence of current CPR certificate (For Healthcare Providers), Physical and TB Screening (or negative Chest X-ray results within the last 5 years).
