Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas of residential properties.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and client specifications.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when required, including patios or entryways.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes.
- Follow housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistent quality across all cleaning assignments.
- Maintain proper documentation of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and proper handling procedures.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients.
- Previous experience in commercial or custodial cleaning is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines consistently.
