Join Our Locally Owned Home Medical Store – Make a Difference Every Day!
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our retail sales team in a full-time position. As a locally owned home medical store, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our community with compassion and care.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 1 out of every 5 weeks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Guide customers through their shopping experience and help them make confident purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profile records.
- Process payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Inform clients about special promotions and upcoming products.
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management.
- Contribute to a team-focused environment by supporting daily goals and store operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales goals through excellent product knowledge and a consultative approach
- Friendly, energetic, and dependable team player
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
