Job Title: Pad Print Setup Technician – Night Shift
Position Summary
RCB Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pad Print Setup Technician to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for setting up pad printing machines at the start of each shift and maintaining consistent quality throughout production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up pad printing machines so operators have fully equipped workstations at the beginning of the shift
- Monitor and maintain print quality throughout the shift
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or setup issues
- Support operators as needed to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mechanical skills
- Proficient with basic hand tools
- Computer literate
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Work Schedule
- Regular Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Training Period: Minimum of 2 weeks on Day Shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) before transitioning to Night Shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
