Sales Massage Envy Job Description:
The role of a Sales & Customer s associate at Massage Envy involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at helping clients understand the benefits of regular massages, skin care and stretch, Key Responsibilities include establishing relationships with members and guest, connecting clients with relationships-built, scripts and customer service. The position also offers a competitive compensation plan, including commission and incentive plans on membership and retail sales, as well as a dynamic environment for growth and refinement of sales and customer service skills.

Qualified Candidates:
-
Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)

Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask

Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests

Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-day:
-
Over the phone and in-person customer service interactions

Presenting and SELLING the wellness program (maintain 30% sales closing)

Scheduling appointments and upselling enhancements and retail products

Manage inventory processes

Building empathetic relationships and connections with clients & co-workers

Accepting constructive feedback in a professional manner that promotes growth

Demonstrating and maintaining knowledge of all current service offerings and promotions

Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
