Concierge – The Chelsea at Brookhaven

Are you a people person who enjoys creating exceptional first impressions and helping others? The Chelsea at Brookhaven is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Concierge to join our team.
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, our Concierge plays a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist with resident requests and inquiries.
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with community events and resident engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Previous concierge, receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred.
