We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead Teacher Assistant Director to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development efforts to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that meet educational standards and promote student growth.
- Supervise teaching staff by providing mentorship, conducting evaluations, and supporting professional development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans that align with organizational goals and improve overall program quality.
- Oversee budgeting processes for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
- Manage classroom operations by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining a positive learning environment, and implementing best practices in education administration.
- Provide hands-on teaching support when necessary, working directly with students to ensure personalized attention and academic success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in classroom teaching with a strong understanding of curriculum development principles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or managing educational staff or programs.
- Strong background in education administration, including strategic planning.
- Experience in educational initiatives or organizational growth.
- Knowledge of best practices in working with students across diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Management experience that includes supervising staff, coordinating projects, or leading teams within an educational setting.
