We are looking for a skilled and friendly Server/bartender to join our team! Our positions play a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Our ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional guest experience. Servers are $17.34+tip (Average. comes up to $25-$30/hr total)
Server duties and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
Requirements and qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Server is required
- Experience with developing constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- 1 year of experience with cash register and any ordering information system.
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Active listening
- Customer-centric
- High school diploma or higher; food safety training will be considered a plus
- Take and serve food/drinks/dessert orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables and restaurant environment clean and tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Familiarity with middle eastern/Persian food is a plus
