We're Hiring: Full-Time Residential Plumbing Technician
Madison County, Hamilton County, IN and surrounding areas
What You'll Do:
- Run residential service calls independently, from diagnosis to completion
- Install and replace fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and other basic plumbing equipment
- Run drain machines to clear clogs and blockages
- Solder pipe and fittings
- Diagnose issues accurately and explain findings to homeowners in plain language
- Represent Home Heroes with honesty, quality workmanship, and a friendly attitude
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed plumber or minimum 3 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
- Proven experience running service calls solo — diagnosis through completion
- Skilled in installation, diagnosis, drain machine operation, and soldering
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping people
- Comfortable using tech tools/apps for scheduling and job documentation
