- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to facilitate quick resolution and uphold room quality.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Support team efforts in deep cleaning projects and special event preparations to maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Previous hotel or custodial experience demonstrates familiarity with industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
