HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and provide administrative and coordination support across employment, onboarding, employee records management, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations in our Sarasota, FL offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and timekeeping information.
- Support bi-weekly payroll through accurate time entry, corrections, allocations, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.
- Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support benefits administration, HR programs, audits, compliance, and special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee support.
- Partner with employees, managers, and internal teams to deliver responsive HR service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Previous experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, employment administration, or employee relations activities is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to support our growing Spanish-speaking employee population.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and/or other HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
