Toastique Team Member – Full Job Description
Team Members are the most important part of Toastique. They are front-line employees responsible for assembling orders and creating fresh toasts, smoothies, and bowls our customers will enjoy. Team Members ensure customers move quickly through the line and pickup station by efficiently taking orders, handling transactions, checking online orders, and prioritizing tickets for optimal service time.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders using the POS system, repeat orders back for accuracy, and confirm customer name and dine-in or to-go status.
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to ticket specifications, ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation.
- Answer store phone calls and direct inquiries to the shift lead or manager.
- Keep smoothie and toast stations, front-of-house tables, and bathrooms clean.
- Restock disposable ware, cups, and merchandiser items as needed.
- Follow directions from shift leads or managers to complete prep tasks accurately.
- Assist with back-of-house duties including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and putting away deliveries.
- Work as part of a team to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
