We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Foam & Fabric Inventory Specialist to help keep our production operation running efficiently. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing materials used in manufacturing. Your accuracy and organization will directly impact production schedules, inventory integrity, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Pull and prepare foam, fabric, and leather materials for scheduled production and slot-in jobs
- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming material shipments
- Identify and report inventory shortages, overages, and discrepancies
- Inspect materials for damage, missing components, and receiving errors
- Accurately label materials with job numbers, yardage, product information, part codes, and receipt dates
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy access and efficient workflow
- Process customer-owned materials and complete required documentation for Customer Service
- Maintain accurate records by submitting packing lists with verified counts and storage locations
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and spot audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Roll, track, and store excess materials after job completion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area
- Communicate inventory concerns, material issues, and safety hazards to management
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with production and customer service teams
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, pull, roll, and move foam, fabric, and related materials as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
