Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues effectively.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on appliance usage and care.
- Conduct field service visits to customers' homes or businesses for appliance installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Familiarity with refrigeration or laundry systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to appliance systems.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
